Job Description
The Director of Operations is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing the daily operational performance of our boutique lifestyle hotel located in San Diego’s historic Gaslamp Quarter. This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership across the Rooms Division, including Front Office and Housekeeping, as well as front-of-house Food & Beverage operations for the hotel’s restaurant and banquet venues.
