Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead operational performance, team development, and patient care excellence across our Central Oregon region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of multi-site operations leadership experience
  • Dental or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of operational growth and performance improvement
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
