Job Description
Thompson Dallas is a luxury lifestyle destination in the heart of downtown Dallas. The hotel reflects the culture, creativity, and social spirit that define the Thompson brand. We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury lifestyle environment to oversee key operational departments across the hotel, including Front Office Operations, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Spa, and Security.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience within luxury or lifestyle hospitality environments
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior operations leadership role overseeing multiple departments
  • Previous experience overseeing Front Office and Housekeeping operations required; Spa and Security oversight experience preferred
