Role OverviewThe Director of Operations is responsible for driving the successful execution of projects on time and on budget with client satisfaction. This position is responsible for providing leadership and operational support to the operations department.
What You Will Do
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning projects, expediting work results, facilitating the successful handoff of projects, communicating and validating expectations of major partners, subcontractors, and vendors, and managing performance in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction or similar technical field, 10-years’ experience in the construction field, reliable and effective communication skills, and technical aptitude and detail-oriented skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction or similar technical field
- 10-years’ experience in construction field
- Reliable, effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with changing and/or competing priorities
- Technical aptitude and detail-oriented
- Experience with building codes and construction testing services
- Fluent with Procore and Microsoft office programs
- A valid driver’s license is required for travel related to job duties with a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to pass Pennsylvania’s strict background check
