Role OverviewWe are looking for a Director of Operations to lead and continuously improve one of Campus's most critical operational functions. In the near term, your primary focus will be Financial Aid and the operational processes that support the student financial experience. Over time, this role may expand into additional student-facing operational areas as Campus grows.
What You Will Do
You'll work closely with Financial Aid leaders and cross-functional partners to optimize day-to-day operations, solve bottlenecks, and design scalable processes that improve both the student and staff experience. You'll inherit a complex operation and be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, developing managers, and continuously improving systems and processes as Campus grows.

Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a bias toward action and measurable results
- Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering to implement technology-enabled operational improvements
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
