Role OverviewThe Director of Operations oversees the hotel's Food & Beverage and Rooms divisions, ensuring efficient and seamless operation while maintaining compliance with Hyatt Hotels Corporation standards.
What You Will Do
Lead, train, and coach direct reports, make operational decisions, and execute strategies to support Hyatt's purpose and advance the hotel's position in the local market.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of progressive hotel operations experience
- Previous experience as a Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager, or comparable hotel leadership role
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, brand standards, guest service, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent financial, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
