Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will drive day-to-day operations, manage staff, and build systems to scale the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where the ideal candidate takes ownership and runs independently.

Direct company operations, manage staff, oversee billing and payroll processes, learn and manage new systems, and multitask as the business grows.

Requirements

• Prior director-level experience
• Strong leadership skills
• ABA background not required but is a plus
• Confident, hands-on leader who takes initiative and can direct and grow a company
• Strong ability to understand billing, payroll, and internal systems, and pick up new tools quickly
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight

Benefits

• Salary: $100,000–$135,000
