Job Description
The Director of Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient, and mission-aligned operation of school functions. This includes oversight of finance, communications, office administration, facilities, compliance, and non-instructional personnel. The role requires a proactive individual who can build and manage systems that support school-wide success and align with strategic vision.
Requirements
Develop and monitor the school’s annual budget in collaboration with the School Business Administrator, CEO, and Board.
Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, and purchasing systems.
Manage HR functions and maintain accurate records.
Oversee logistics for school events and testing.
