Job Description
Steampunk is looking for an experienced Director of Operations with an appetite for taking on new challenges. The role involves leading a growing team of program, project, and technical leaders in providing best in class IT services, identifying and hiring top leadership, and supporting training and mentorship of program and project managers.

Requirements

  • An entrepreneurial desire to build a business
  • Experience collaborating with sales, business development, recruiting, contracts, and finance in the pursuit of new contracts/proposals
  • 10+ years of Program and/or Operations Director/VP experience leading federal IT services work across multiple agencies/components
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
