Join us as the Director of Outlets at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, where you will lead and inspire our food and beverage dining options to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee all Food and Beverage outlets, develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational standards, and foster a positive team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
