Job Description
The Director of Outlets will lead and inspire the food and beverage dining options at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The role oversees all Food and Beverage outlets, including two full-service restaurants, and is responsible for managing staff, monitoring financial performance, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience (typically with Hyatt)
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • California Food Handlers Certification required
  • CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Required
