Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Outlets to lead our food and beverage dining options and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will oversee all Food and Beverage outlets, maintain operational standards, develop and implement strategies to increase sales, and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to increase sales and manage budgets effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
  • Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans
  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
