As Director of Outlets, you will lead the Food & Beverage teams in delivering exceptional dining and event experiences across the resort, fostering a culture of personalized, anticipatory service and driving memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest we serve.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 year degree from an accredited university in business administration, Hospitality Management or related major.
  • 5–7 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a large resort or multi-outlet environment
  • Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership presence and communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
