Job Description
The Director of Outlets oversees all food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt. This includes restaurants, lounges, coffee bars, regency clubs, or banquet facilities. The Director is responsible for short and long-term planning, management, and implementation of food and beverage sales/marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (preferably with Hyatt)
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
