Job Description
The Director of Outlets oversees all food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt, including restaurants, lounges, coffee bars, and banquet facilities. The position requires experience in hotel F&B management, leadership skills, and the ability to implement new concepts.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (preferably with Hyatt)
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people
