Job Description
Join a mission-driven team and agency dedicated to supporting clients, working to end poverty in the community, and cultivating strong relationships with parishes and diocesan ministries. As Director of Parish Relations, you'll lead and manage direct reports, develop and implement strategic plans, and build strong relationships with pastors, parish staff, and lay leaders. Key responsibilities include leadership, parish relationship management, liaison to client services, fundraising, and formation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Progressive leadership experience of five+ years
  • Active in Catholic community; practicing Catholic highly preferred
  • Strong strategic planning and leadership skills
  • Deep commitment to CCFW's mission, vision, values, and belief in the dignity and potential of every family
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and communication abilities
  • Strong understanding of Catholic Social Teaching
  • Ability to navigate complex relationships with tact, professionalism, and discipline
  • Familiarity with Raisers Edge or similar CRM
  • Bilingual in Spanish beneficial
