Job Description
Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Director of Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations for 1,500+ employees across multiple states. The role involves compliance, internal controls, and accuracy and timeliness of every cycle. The Director will also oversee benefits, leaves, retirement administration, and workers' compensation, and lead payroll and benefits audits, year-end processes, and compliance testing.
Requirements
8–12+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience
Bachelor's degree required
CPP/SHRM certification a strong plus
Advanced, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or comparable enterprise payroll platforms and benefits administration systems
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
