Job Description
Orion Associates is seeking a Director of Payroll Operations to oversee the payroll department, ensure timely processing and payment of payroll, and supervise payroll staff. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of job-related experience, including supervision, and a strong understanding of payroll tax payments and compliance.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of job-related experience, including past supervision experience
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities and its practices and procedures
  • Ability to maintain good employee relations and morale
  • Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check and Motor Vehicle Background Check
