Job Description
We are seeking a Director of People Operations to lead and scale our people function, building foundational HR processes, supporting talent strategy, and ensuring a strong, compliant, and engaging employee experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related roles
  • Experience in a leadership or senior HR role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
  • Experience building HR processes and programs from the ground up
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
