Role OverviewThe Director of Performance Management will oversee the performance management systems within MV Transportation's maintenance department, developing and implementing performance metrics and processes to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
What You Will Do
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Develop and implement methodologies for estimating vehicle accident rates based on historical data and predictive analytics.

Requirements
