Job Description

A large, rapidly growing Southern California hospital is seeking a Director of Perioperative Services to lead OR, PACU, ASC, GI, and SPD operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
Current California RN license, BLS, and Fire Card
5+ years of recent perioperative leadership in an acute hospital setting
Strong understanding of AORN standards, CMS compliance, and regulatory readiness
Proven ability to lead diverse surgical teams through culture change and process improvement
Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
A team player with the credibility and confidence to partner effectively with surgeons and executives
