Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from an accredited college or university or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) budget, including budget development
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex issues and implement strategies to resolve problems
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality customer service to internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hold a current and active pharmacist license issued by the state in which they are employed
