Role OverviewThe Director of Pharmacy will lead the Specialty and Retail Pharmacy managed services, overseeing all aspects of specialty and retail services, including operational, financial, programmatic, clinical, and personnel activities. The role involves providing strategic leadership and direction for ambulatory pharmacy services onsite, ensuring superior patient care and customer service.

The Director of Pharmacy will lead projects, manage client engagements, oversee specialty pharmacy programs, establish and maintain effective operations, and analyze operational performance to recommend and implement changes.

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading sales and/or operations in Specialty Pharmacy
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) budget
- Current Pharmacist License in California
