Job Description
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is seeking a Director of Policy Development and Special Initiatives to lead a team of policy analysts and advisors in advancing sound housing policy. The Director will provide strategic direction, leverage expertise, and establish effective communication with internal and external partners. The team works at the intersection of many important policy issues impacting New York City.

Requirements
