Role OverviewThe Director of Prevention MI Coaching will provide coaching and training to supervisors and direct service staff in the Preventive Provider agencies, supporting the transfer of learning efforts and ongoing skill development for Motivational Interviewing.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include supervising a team of coaches, providing oversight of program operations, developing strategies for improvement, partnering with ACS leadership and stakeholders, and attending meetings to discuss program status and updates.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate degree, four years of professional experience in social services, and at least eighteen months of experience in a supervisory capacity. A Master's degree in Social Work may be substituted for one year of the required general experience.
