Job Description

As Director of Product, Credit, you'll hold a unified view across Brigit's core financial products, breaking down silos and defining how these products work together to deliver compounding value for members.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years leading a portfolio of financial or consumer credit products
  • Demonstrated experience managing products at different lifecycle stages simultaneously
  • Deep command of credit product unit economics
  • Proven ability to orchestrate across Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering
  • Strong platform and systems thinking
  • Genuine user empathy
  • Experience building and operationalizing high-performing product teams
  • Bonus: Experience with earned wage access (EWA), revolving credit, BNPL, or other regulated consumer lending products
