Job Description
The Director of Product Management and Innovation will lead the strategic development, lifecycle management, and innovation of our Managed Services Provider (MSP) product portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying emerging market trends, driving product differentiation, and ensuring our offerings deliver exceptional value to clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management or product innovation roles within the MSP or IT infrastructure services industry.
  • Proven track record of launching successful MSP products and driving revenue growth.
  • Outside-In mindset and a quantifiable client value proposition orientation.
  • Strong understanding of MSP offerings (vCIO, consulting assessments, regulatory and industry compliance, cloud, cybersecurity, managed IT services).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
