Role OverviewAs Director of Product Management for design systems tooling and AI, you will define and own the transformation of the Lightning Design System into an intelligent platform that supports AI-assisted UI generation, conversational experiences, and human-agent co-creation at enterprise scale.
What You Will Do
Define the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for embedding AI capabilities within design systems, lead complex technical decision-making, and define the guardrails, governance model, and trust criteria that ensure AI-driven UI composition meets Salesforce's accessibility, security, and brand standards.

Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Meaningful time on design systems, developer platforms, creator tooling, or enterprise frontend infrastructure
- Proven ability to define and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong technical depth working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, LLM capabilities and constraints, and agentic workflows
- Deep understanding of design system principles: CSS architecture, design tokens, component governance, and accessibility standards
