The Product team is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IQVIA Digital's portfolio of data, technology, and media solutions. We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Director, Product – Media OS to lead the Activation POD of our flagship platform and drive innovation at the intersection of healthcare, data, and advertising technology.

Help establish Media OS as a market-leading operating system for healthcare marketing. Deliver seamless orchestration across channels, partners, and activation platforms. Differentiate IQVIA Digital through industry-leading data, identity, and performance capabilities. Enable AI-powered optimization that delivers measurable improvements in campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of product management and product leadership experience in Advertising Technology (AdTech), Marketing Technology (MarTech), Digital Platforms, or Data-driven SaaS environments
• Proven success building and scaling enterprise platforms supporting planning, activation, and measurement workflows
• Deep expertise in programmatic advertising ecosystems and DSPs, identity resolution and identity graph technologies, data platforms and audience modeling, and omnichannel marketing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale cross-functional organizations, translate strategic vision into measurable business outcomes, influence senior executives and key stakeholders, and operate effectively in complex, regulated industries
