Role OverviewPlan, direct, and coordinate the activities of the facility's therapeutic programs. Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that provide the highest quality care and best possible outcomes for patients. Provide supervision to program staff.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources, and equipment. Oversee the program's budget and policies. Provide direct care relative to diagnosis and therapeutic management. Develop and implement treatment plans.
