Role OverviewThe Director of Program Services serves as a member of PBMR's Executive Leadership Team and provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and organizational accountability for PBMR's ministry, healing, mentoring, restorative justice, educational, and family-support programming.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, public administration, education, psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in restorative justice, community-based programming, violence prevention, youth development, trauma-informed care, racial equity or related human services work
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or program leadership experience supervising teams of 5-7+
- Demonstrated experience supervising and developing staff, managers, or program leaders
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while maintaining strong operational and organizational management skills
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing grants, contracts, budgets, and program reporting
- Ability to build authentic relationships across diverse communities and systems
- Proficiency with data tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
