Role OverviewThe Director of Project and Business Operations Management (PBOM) oversees Project and Business Operations Management to ensure that programs and projects meet the organization's goals and strategic plan. The Director develops and implements business processes and policies, directs project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.
What You Will Do
The Director will deliver analysis and project management support for engineering and operational divisions, seek opportunities for performance enhancements, lead/support analysis and projects, lend expertise to drive impact on multiple projects, advise on critical initiatives, manage projects, and ensure analysis and project management processes and tools are available and consistently used across divisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Baccalaureate degree and three years of full-time satisfactory professional experience related to the projects and policies to be studied in the particular position, including eighteen months of experience in a managerial, consultative, administrative or supervisory capacity.
