Job Description
The Director of Project Based Intake will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Project Based Intake unit, managing the processing of applications and leasing within HPD's project-based rent subsidy programs. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to enhance eligibility reviews, streamline operations, and improve productivity and staff development.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, or public administration
  • 2+ years of experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research
  • 18 months of experience in an executive, managerial, administrative, or supervisory capacity
