Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of Engineering and capital projects delivery experience OR
  • Master's degree and 7 years of Engineering and capital projects delivery experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of Engineering and capital projects delivery experience
  • 10 + years of experience in Engineering, Project Development/Execution, Finance with focus on capital projects
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and capital governance processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with internal audit and compliance frameworks
