Role OverviewThe Director of Property Services will plan, organize, coordinate, and inspect all Capital Projects. This includes inspecting new construction projects, generating punch lists, and signing off to accept new construction projects. The Director will also assist in due diligence inspections of new business deals, generate status reports, and conduct property safety inspections and training as needed.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Director of Property Services include possessing a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation to visit property sites regularly, composing and typing scope of work, contracts, routine correspondence, and status reports, and investigating and performing a diagnosis of residential service requests.
