Role OverviewThe Director of Quality & Compliance will lead compliance and quality initiatives to promote accountability, transparency, and effectiveness across all programmatic and administrative functions. The Director will work across the organization and with external stakeholders to identify risks, strengthen practice, and ensure accountability.
What You Will Do
The Director will oversee the Quality & Compliance team, conduct regular internal audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance reviews, and maintain systems for tracking compliance monitoring, findings, corrective actions, and resolution status.

The ideal candidate will have five years of progressive experience in quality assurance, compliance, performance management, child welfare, behavioral health, or a related human services field, and three years of supervisory experience overseeing a compliance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, business administration, healthcare administration, social work, or a related field
- Licensed Child Care Administrator or Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator in the state of Texas preferred
- Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in quality assurance, compliance, performance management, child welfare, behavioral health or a related human services field
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience overseeing a compliance team
- One (1) year of experience with the Texas child welfare system including DFPS, Child Placing Agency, General Residential Operation/Residential Treatment Center, or Single Source Continuum Contractor
- Clearances: DPS, DFPS, FBI, CBCU Eligibility Determination, Child abuse clearances
