Role OverviewThe Director of Quality Improvement leads the organization's Quality Improvement (QI) Program, providing strategic leadership for quality initiatives, performance measurement, and regulatory reporting to improve clinical outcomes, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
What You Will Do
Lead Quality Improvement (QI) programs to improve clinical outcomes, patient safety, health equity, and operational performance; Drive continuous improvement initiatives using PDSA, Lean, and data-driven methodologies; Monitor and optimize UDS, HEDIS, Value-Based Care, P4P, and regulatory quality metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 2–4 years of healthcare quality improvement experience, preferably in an FQHC or community health setting, with leadership experience
- Knowledge of HEDIS, UDS, Value-Based Care, P4P, quality improvement, and healthcare reporting
- Experience with data analysis, population health platforms, Power BI, SQL, and reporting tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data reporting tools
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel between locations as needed
- Ability to work in an office environment and lift up to 50 pounds
