Job Description
The Director of Revenue is responsible for leading and executing revenue management strategies across a small portfolio of hotel properties to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred – or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience
Prior multi-property or regional oversight strongly preferred
2 years of leadership or management experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
Proficiency with hotel revenue technologies including PMS, CRS, RMS, channel management, and STR reporting tools.
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, delegating, and performance management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
