Job Description
As a Director of Revenue Efficiency at West Shore Home, you will analyze revenue efficiency data to identify revenue opportunities, implement technology-driven solutions to streamline processes and balance demand forecasting with operational capacity to drive financial success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in scheduling, revenue management, or operations leadership
  • Previous experience utilizing a dispatch or field service tool like FSL, ServiceTitan, etc.
  • Strong focus on data-driven decision-making with analytical skills
  • Experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Construction or remodeling experience preferred
