Job Description
Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is hiring a Director of Revenue Management to develop and execute revenue management and commercial strategies, driving revenue generation, optimizing market positioning, and maximizing profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Commercial / Revenue Management
  • Experience with Hilton systems including OnQ, GRO, and IDeaS
  • Previous commercial or revenue management experience in a large full-service resort or convention hotel
  • Proven experience in revenue management or commercial strategy development within the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency with revenue management system software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
