Job Description
The Director of Revenue Management is a strategic leader responsible for maximizing overall hotel profitability through the development and execution of innovative pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies across rooms and food & beverage.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in hotel revenue management, preferably within a large or complex property.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful revenue strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise strongly preferred); experience with revenue management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
