Director of Revenue Management

The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for driving total hotel revenue through strategic pricing, inventory control, and distribution practices across rooms and food & beverage. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to develop data-driven strategies that grow market share, optimize profitability, and position the hotel for long-term success.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute revenue strategies, analyze market trends, lead forecasting and budgeting processes, partner with Sales and Marketing, monitor distribution channels, provide reporting and insights, mentor and develop revenue and reservations team members, and drive innovation and continuous improvement in revenue management practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and outperform competitive sets
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data interpretation
• Service-oriented approach with strong presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with a focus on developing and coaching others
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other revenue management tools
• Highly organized with strong interpersonal and administrative skills
