Job Description
The Director of Revenue Operations will partner with the Government and Military Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams to drive change across functional teams and support the Gov/Military business. This is a utility player position that requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and presenting to Senior Leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Finance or combinations of all three
  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, specifically subscription or SaaS offerings
  • Experience supporting Gov/Military Sales required
  • Expertise in Sales Forecasting tools and Process
  • Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office experience
  • Experience with Pipeline Analytics and pipeline goal setting
  • Experience in Reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or like reporting tools
  • Experience in Go-to-market Strategy, compensation, territory design
