Job Description
Relient Health is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead a Senior Living Community in San Jose, CA. The DOR will be responsible for leading a team of therapy staff, ensuring clinical excellence, and achieving top-tier patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is an established DOR with experience in managing rehabilitation operations in a Senior Living Community setting.

Requirements

  • Active PT, PTA, OT, or COTA license in CA
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a DOR in a Senior Living Community setting or equivalent
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards
