Job Description
The Director of Rehab oversees the therapy and rehabilitation programs for short-term and long-term elders, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and A.G. Rhodes standards. The role involves supervising licensed therapists, maintaining a direct patient care caseload, and delivering person-directed rehabilitation services to promote an excellent quality of life for elders.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
  • Current PT/PTA, OT/COTA or SLP license in State of Georgia
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in Long-term Care or Skilled Nursing community
