Role OverviewThe Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Therapy Department, ensuring high-quality clinical care, regulatory compliance, strong team performance, positive patient outcomes, and efficient therapy service delivery.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage PT, OT, and SLP staff and therapy assistants, oversee scheduling, caseload development, and productivity management, ensure compliance with federal, state, and Medicare/Medicaid billing and documentation standards, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, nursing, and administration.
