Role OverviewThe Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for all aspects of therapy operations at the facility in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices of the company. This includes providing the best possible therapy services to patients, managing the therapy program, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
What You Will Do
The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee the therapy program, ensure therapists provide services in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures, and communicate with patients and family members. They will also perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Active licensure in state(s) of practice
- Ongoing continuing education and professional development
- Experience with PDPM and MDS management (preferred)

- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
