Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) in a SNF setting. The DOR will be responsible for monitoring admissions and treatment schedules, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the rehab department, and providing rehabilitation care compliance and clinical and billing documentation compliance.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school
  • State therapy license (OT, PT, SLP)
  • Minimum 2 years in leadership role, or equivalent
