Role OverviewThe Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) will lead the in-house therapy department at Country Lane Health Care Center, overseeing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring strong clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and compassionate, resident-centered care.
What You Will Do
The DOR will lead and supervise therapy staff, ensure licensure and regulatory compliance, oversee therapy documentation and billing, and develop innovative therapy programs to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills, with a minimum of three years of direct patient care experience and at least one year of management or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation setting.
Requirements
- Current PT, PTA, OT, or SLP license
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of direct patient care experience
