Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) in a SNF setting. As a DOR, you will be responsible for monitoring admissions and treatment schedules, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the rehab department, and managing, supervising, and assisting in hiring all facility staff.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school
  • State therapy license (OT, PT, SLP)
  • Minimum 2 years in leadership role, or equivalent
